Kitchen Manager – SE Portland

Reports to: Restaurant General Manager
Location: SE Portland Taproom
Position Summary: The Kitchen Manger leads the kitchen staff of up to 15 people in providing excellent food quickly while managing costs and schedules. They determine proper kitchen procedures and ensure that each staff member is empowered with the proper tools, training, and time to execute them.
Location: Hood River Taproom and SE Portland Taproom
Shifts are typically 5pm –closing, 3-4 days per week.
Restaurant experience a plus but not required. Must be a friendly team player willing to hustle.
COOKS and PREP COOKS:
Reports to: Kitchen Manager
Location: Hood River Taproom
Position Summary: Cooks are responsible for preparing all items from the menu including: Pizza, salads, sandwiches, and other dishes. Follows recipes, prep procedures and maintains proper food temperatures. Maintains the overall kitchen organization and cleanliness during the shift and at closing.
