Oktoberfest
Our series with the Czech Lager strain continues with our interpretation of an Oktoberfest. Brewer Zach took the reins on this one and put together one heck of a recipe. This well balanced lager is malt forward and intelligently hopped with German Hallertau and Tettnanger; a confluence with good depth of complexity of flavors and aromas. Herb, green tea, dark fruit, and caramel aromas sit lightly in the front, and intensify on the palate, with a little hint of lime and mandarin orange caramel on the back end. It’s full flavored, full bodied, and drinks easy. And now, we dance! 6.6% ABV, 27 BU
