Brewery Positions
Location: Hood River, OR
Hours: Full Time 40 per week
Compensation: Hourly; starting pay DOE.
Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery is a private craft brewery located in Hood River, OR. We’re seeking hard-working self-motivated team players to join our brewers. Full-time employees receive benefits including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). Open Positions:
Brewer
Perform all general brewery operations to produce high quality beer while maintaining a clean and safe brewery with little to no direct supervision. Be ready to start with packaging, next cellar work, and eventually on to the brew deck! After enough experience, you will have input on recipe development and opportunities to develop your own. 1-5 years of experience in a brewery is required. Lab and sensory experience preferred.
Packaging Manager
Responsible for operating, maintaining the bottling, labeling, and keg lines. Supervise and schedule packaging staff. 2 years of brewery experience while running bottling line and managing packagers is required.
Additional Information:
These are all physically demanding positions. You should be (or will become) fit and able to lift heavy loads repeatedly for hours while standing on concrete in warm humid conditions. You’ll learn to drive a forklift if not already certified and work safely in a brewery environment.
Must be 21be able to lift 50lbs, move 140lb kegs into place and have a valid driver’s license. Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as production needs and events require. We’re an equal opportunity employer. Prep Cooks: Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We encourage anyone that wants to learn to apply. Shifts typically run from 8am- 4pm. Compensation is competitive, all cooks receive tips.
Dishwasher/Busser: Restaurant experience a plus but not required. Minimum wage + Tips.
Bartender/Server: 2-4 days per week. Restaurant experience is required. OLCC & Food Handlers card will be required. Must be ready to work in a fast-paced fun environment with a smile.

Aladdin Theatre Openings
Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery is teaming up with the Aladdin Theater in SE PDX (3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, PDX) to make delicious New Haven style pizza for concert goers. We’re seeking hard-working self-motivated team players to join our team. Full-time employees receive benefits including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). All long-term, eligible employees are able to participate in a 401k program with employer match, food and merchandise discounts and of course, beer & cider. The work is almost all in the kitchen at the Aladdin theater. Shifts will be approximately 3pm - 11pm on show days with other work as necessary.
Kitchen Manager (Aladdin)
Compensation: Salary DOE
The Kitchen Manger leads the kitchen staff of up to 5 people in providing excellent food quickly while managing costs and schedules. He/She determines proper kitchen procedures and ensures that each staff member is empowered with the proper tools, training, and time to execute them. This is a full time salaried position with benefits reporting to the Portland Taproom Manager. Cooking and managing experience is required.
Line Cook (Aladdin)
Compensation: Hourly; starting pay DOE+Strong Tips, (Min $22/hr)
Cooks are responsible for preparing all items from the menu including: Pizza, salads, sandwiches, and other dishes. Follows recipes, prep procedures and maintains proper food temperatures. Maintains the overall kitchen organization and cleanliness during the shift and at closing. This can be a full time hourly position with benefits or Part Time depending on the candidate. Pizza experience is desired, but we’ll train the right person to make great pizza.
