Open Positions: 

Brewer

Location:  Hood River, OR

Hours:  Full Time 40 per week

Compensation:  Hourly; starting pay DOE.

Description: Perform all general brewery operations to produce high quality beer while maintaining a clean and safe brewery with little to no direct supervision.  Be ready to start with packaging, next cellar work, and eventually on to the brew deck!  After enough experience, you will have input on recipe development and opportunities to develop your own.  1-5 years of experience in a brewery is required.  Lab and sensory experience preferred.

 

Additional Information: This a physically demanding position.  You should be (or will become) fit and able to lift heavy loads repeatedly for hours while standing on concrete in warm humid conditions.  You’ll learn to drive a forklift if not already certified and work safely in a brewery environment.

 

Must be 21, be able to lift 50lbs, move 140lb kegs into place and have a valid driver’s license. Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as production needs and events require.  We’re an equal opportunity employer. Warehouse Assistant/Driver

Location:  Hood River, OR

Hours:  Part Time/Full Time

Compensation:  Hourly; starting pay DOE.

 

You will be operating forklifts, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and driving company vehicles to transport supplies/beer between our warehouse and brewery locations, and packaging great beer/cider.  You must have a spotless driving record and be ready to work in a fast-paced fun environment with a smile.

 

Requirements:

• Be safe and speedy

• Ability to work as a team member

• Ability to listen and follow directions

• Ability to multi-task

• Able to work all scheduled shifts and have flexibly when it comes to weekend and holiday work

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move kegs up to 140 lbs

• Self-motivated; self-directed; critical thinker; well-organized, resourceful

• Requires standing/walking/bending throughout your shift
